Electromagnetic forces (EMF) come in a few different types, split mostly into two categories: natural and unnatural. Every time you look outside your home and see the sun, you’re looking at some EMF in UV form. However, the modern world is filled (to the brim) with artificial or unnatural EMF.
That cell phone glued to your ear? Putting out EMF.
Your work laptop or desktop? Lots of EMF.
The kids’ tablets or gaming systems? Oh yes, plenty of EMF.
There’s really no escaping it these days. In some ways, the world belongs to EMF, and we’re just living in it. But is this a problem? Some think yes, others do not. The debate here is real, and breaking down a few of the key points can help you better understand where you might side with this discussion.
Is It Dangerous?
Should you worry about all these waves flying through the air around your head? After all, you can’t exactly see them or even detect them without specialized tools. Is it safe to live in this EMF-saturated environment? Well, that’s the thing: medical science just isn’t sure yet.
For example, The International Agency for Research on Cancer believes that non-ionizing EMFs in the radiofrequency range (we’ll define them in a second) could be a carcinogen. These fall under the heading Group 2B, and typically get produced by a myriad of devices, like:
- Cell phones
- Smart devices (including televisions)
- Some computers
- Tablets (especially those with Wi-Fi)
The IARC is not alone, either. Multiple studies have shown a potential for an increased risk of adult-age leukemia, childhood-age leukemia, some types of glioma (severe brain cancer), psychological trauma, neurological damage, nerve and vein problems, and more.
Let’s just stop there for a second. We don’t want to scare you because there is a HUGE level of debate on these points. However, it’s undeniable that extended exposure to some EMF can cause various uncomfortable symptoms. For example, have you ever talked on your phone and felt:
- Tremors in parts of your body?
- Dizziness that took a moment to pass?
- Severe headaches that took a while to go away?
- Memory loss (even temporary) in a high-tech area?
- Problems sleeping or a lack of concentration?
If so, you might have EMF sickness or temporary issues triggered by these waves. Is there anything you can do to protect yourself? Yes, because companies like Aires Tech have created systems that help filter EMF waves and keep you as protected as possible from this danger.
Avoiding Serious Problems
Honestly, it’s best to minimize or filter your EMF exposure, rather than block them entirely. After all, you need your phone for so much of your life, as well as your computer, tablet, etc. You can’t afford to cut them out entirely. Instead, you can use negation tools and systems to stay safe.
Beyond these comprehensive solutions, you can also try cutting back on your Wi-Fi usage. Now, don’t worry, we’re not saying to cut the wire. In fact, we’re saying to plug it in! Find adaptors for your phones and tablets that plug directly into your Ethernet cable to avoid issues.
You can also:
- Use shielded cables (Cat 7 or higher) to stay safe
- Wear filtered clothing that keeps you safe
- Filter all your dirty electricity from your outlet
- Eat healthier foods to improve your immune system
- Take supplements to replenish your body’s nutrients
Stay Healthy
Working with scientifically grounded approaches to EMF elimination (including wearable and system-based devices that naturally filter these waves) is a better solution than blocking yourself from the real world. We all have lives to live in today’s hustling society: make yours the best possible.
